Brand-New Penthouse Will Sit Atop the Residences at Mandarin Oriental

The $25M penthouse sitting atop The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Honolulu will soon be hitting the market.

Known as the “crown jewel” of the residential tower, the penthouse boasts 6,000 square feet of space and gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and the famed Diamond Head volcano. Stepping inside, you’ll find four suite-sized bedrooms and outdoor lanais that are just shy of 500 square feet.

Residents aren’t just graced by the gorgeous living space either, as the penthouse offers luxurious amenities, including a home theater, gym, and home office, on top of views of the Pacific Ocean and Hawaii’s famed Diamond Head.

Reportedly, the decision to release the penthouse onto the market came from observing the state of the luxury apartment market in Hawaii. Demand has grown in recent years, and a similar residence in the same building sold for close to $20M.

Featuring four bedrooms and four and ½ bathrooms, residents will find a comfortable 5,300 square feet of living space with another 430 square feet of outdoor lanai space.

The penthouse will sit comfortably atop the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
