If you’ve ever dreamed of living in a luxury penthouse on top of a 38-floor hotel, then Mandarin Oriental may be able to grant that for you.
Set to open in 2025, the ambitious project is housed at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu, which will feature 19 floors of hotel rooms and 17 floors of 99 luxurious residences. The penthouse, referred to as Hale Lani and carrying a price of $20M, will take up floors 37 and 38 of the tower. Spanning 5,388 sq ft, the penthouse will contain four bedrooms and four and a half baths, with panoramic views of surrounding mountain ranges, the famous Diamond Head, and the Pacific Ocean.
Inside, the space is equipped with a fully furnished living and dining area, a large kitchen, and an interior balcony. Bedrooms also will offer wet baths or walk-in closets.
